Poem 13
Saturated
1 min · 1 min left
When the brilliant sun blindly bolts across the page striking pain between my eyes, he knows how to reduce the pressure When the desktop is scattered with things left undone and detonates heavy on my mind, he knows how to heal the wounds.
When the air unseen cold through the window creeps beneath the sheets upon my body, he knows how to warm the spirit. When I am un-emotional, unromantic, and unfulfilled, by the body laying next to mine he saturates my dreams and satisfy.
