Rolling

I finally stood up stretched my lazy arms high to the empty skies opened my mouth wide and yawned fatigue away
I strutted my walk down unpaved roads stumbling over lose mud. My heels kept stride over the dusty trail one hard trample after another
I plodded my way over seeded fields lifting my palms in the warm rain trickling between my fingertips and staining the ash on my knees.
I licked my parched lips, hard and cracked from life's journey the salty moisture upon my tongue left me longing for more.
I proceeded deep into long thick vegetation green and intense in fragrance the strands cut hard against my flesh afflicting each muscles in my torn body
With each stride the road narrowed, the rains poured and the cold grew frigid. I trudged through the distress undefeated onto the other side of the orange horizon
Emaciated and weary my eyes glared into Paradise, he reached out for my frazzled hand Affinity radiated off of him onto my worn skin fermenting the hairs upon my arm
I knelt down at his feet hushed in the affection of his presence closed my eyes stretched my spirited arms high to skies of sapphire and gold. I had found more.
